CLICK HERE TO REGISTER FOR THE NEW FOREMAN DEVELOPMENT COURSE AND/OR THE MCAA ANNUAL MEETING IN CAPTIVA, FLORIDA.

As the construction industry continues to change, so should the ways more junior employees make their way upward in any company. The MCAA has responded to the needs of the industry by working with masonry industry leaders to re-develop the popular Foreman Development Course. The course is designed to help newer foreman understand and be successful in their role, and will debut in February at the 2021 MCAA Annual Meeting.

In this new version of the course, the following will be covered: definition of a foreman, concepts and systems, technology, contracts, estimating, financial management, project budgeting, communication skills, time management, quality assurance, construction inspections, project tracking, old school and new school foreman, and inspiring foreman to be great.

The course will debut in person at the MCAA's Annual Meeting in Captiva, Florida on Sunday, February 7th. Attendees of the Foreman Development Course do not have to register for the entire MCAA Annual Meeting if that is the only event they are planning to attend.

The cost is $250 for individuals who work for a member company and $350 for non-members.
