John Speweik, a fifth generation mason from a family of masons dating back to 1870 in Posen, Prussia will offer his 30 years of experience in historic masonry preservation and restoration to answer questions relating to lime putty mortar, historic mortar matching, brick and stone repair and redressing, limewash, lime stucco, lime harling, and cleaning. Speweik Preservation Consultants, Inc., have been commissioned as historic masonry specialists on National Registered Landmark projects nationwide including state capitols, universities and Arlington National Cemetery in Arlington, Virginia.
