Carole Bionda

Carole Bionda is VP of Nova Group, a general engineering contractor headquartered in Napa, Calif. She Carole has devoted a significant amount of time in the service of the construction industry sitting on committees and boards with various construction industry groups including the Associated Builders and Contractors, where she was the National Chair in 2004, Associated General Contractors, California Construction Craft Training Center, National Center for Construction Education and Research, and Women Construction Owners and Executives.
