Tom Rice

Tom Rice represents South Carolina’s newly created Seventh Congressional District. He is a tax attorney, small business owner, and CPA Emeritus. He serves on the Budget Committee, Small Business Committee, and Transportation and Infrastructure Committee, and is chairman of the Small Business Subcommittee on Economic Growth, Tax and Capital Access.
