Masonry Quality Institute

Provider: North Carolina Masonry Contractors Association
Discipline: Quality Assurance Best Practices
Credits: 16.00

Day-to-day operations leave little time to assess your policies and procedures. You want to ensure your company maintains the highest level of quality construction while earning maximum profits. How do you implement quality standards that are measurable and help increase profitability? This program will provide you the ability to measure your company's level of quality. The Masonry Quality Institute (MQI) is a two-day course that assists masons in evaluating their services, meeting stringent customer expectations, and improving their profitability. The course agenda will include an introduction to the quality process and detailed implementations of the basic principles of quality on the first day. On the second day, attendees will interact with the course instructors in discussing the quality process and learn strategies for team building and problem solving.

“Masonry Quality Institute” is being offered as an alternative to NCMCA Modules #9 and #10, which are required for NCMCA Certified Masonry Executive (CME) candidates. MQI will count as two CME required class credits. MQI will also be accepted as two elective class credits for Certified Masonry Professional (CMP) candidates and for CME candidates who have previously completed Modules #9 and/or #10. For NCMCA certified individuals, satisfactory completion of MQI will meet the two-year requirement for continuing education.
