This session will focus on how the supervisor can plan and schedule small to medium-sized projects at the job site. Attendees will learn how to use the plan and schedule to “make things happen” such that each project can be constructed on budget and on time.
1. Prepare short interval plans to avoid delays and increase productivity
2. Prioritize vital activities so that critical work is completed on time
3. Manage limited project resources to achieve project goals
4. Analyze and update schedule to reflect changes
