The Quality Assurance Best Practices course was designed by contractors throughout the country who are known for specializing in the following eight areas: Quality Assurance, Human Resources, Teaming with Other Trades, Best Masonry Processes and Practices, Sales and Marketing of Your Company, Best Business Management Practices, Best and Most Efficient Equipment Practices and Engineered Masonry. Each module will be two hours in length. At the beginning of the course each participant will be given an outline they will be able to fill in as the course is being taught. At the conclusion of the course, the outline will serve as a template for a company quality assurance plan.
