Matthew Hartsell
Matthew Hartsell completed Masonry 1-4 in the VICA program in High School. He competed in many contests along the way. Matthew then went to work in the Masonry trade as a mason in 2002, and became a masonry foreman in 2004. He worked as a foreman for 5 years then moved up to a masonry/concrete supervisor. Matthew was a supervisor for approximately 8 years in the masonry industry. Then he began a new journey with his love for masonry and the understanding of scaffolding, and came to work for Lynn Ladder & Scaffolding. He felt like he could really help the industry better by working with many companies to help them achieve there goals with the proper scaffolding needed to complete there jobs safely and on time. Matthew's goal is to help employers keep labor safe and productive in a growing trade.
