Steve Pierz
Mr. Pierz is currently the Chief Innovation Officer at FBR (formerly Fastbrick Robotics) which is headquartered in Perth, Australia. He joined FBR in 2018 and is currently located in Peoria, Illinois. Adjunct Professor at Convergence College (Business and Engineering), at Bradley University. Mr. Pierz worked at Caterpillar Inc., for 29 years with roles in engineering, product design, product support and management. He was most recently the Strategy and Innovation Manager at Caterpillar’s headquarters in Peoria, Illinois where he was responsible for leading Caterpillar’s innovation activities across all areas of business and driving and innovation culture. He has a Masters of Business Administration, Masters of Science (Material Science), a Bachelor of Science (Engineering) and an Associate of Science degrees.
