Obstacles to Leadership High Payoff Activities will be held July 25, 2012 at 10:00 AM CDT.
The Mason Contractors Association of America (MCAA) will present Obstacles to Leadership High Payoff Activities on Wednesday, July 25, 2012, at 10:00 AM CDT.

This session provides an awareness of things that keep a leader from spending time in their HPAs, and therefore becoming a more effective leader. Provides tips and insights, and proactive scheduling methods, to address many of these hindrances.

This session will include brief pre-work (1-2 pages) for each participant, to provide better awareness and engagement. The course will be interactive, with questions to be answered by participants during the session. Participants will be asked if they want a follow-up call by us, to help provide accountability and to see their results. Based on this follow-up and participant results, an article will be developed for the association to use in newsletters and/or magazines.

Mason contractors registered for Masonry Certification will receive 1.00 credit in the ethics and business practices discipline upon completion of this course.

Register for Obstacles to Leadership High Payoff Activities.
