How will the Affordable Care Act affect your company in 2014? This presentation will provide information on how to comply with the new health care act and answer to many frequently asked questions.
Mark Levengood is a partner at the law firm of Susanin, Widman & Brennan located just outside of Philadelphia, PA. The firm concentrates its practice in the areas of employee benefits law and labor and employment law. Mark represents numerous single employer and multiemployer health and retirement plans and provides advice to employers and plan sponsors regarding all aspects of employee benefits law (including the Affordable Care Act). Mark is a member of the state bars of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and numerous federal district courts. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the Villanova School of Law in May 2004 and he received a B.A. in History from Wheaton College in 2001. Mark also handles labor and employment matters such as unfair labor practice charges and employment discrimination and harassment claims.
Jennifer Abrams is an associate at Susanin, Widman & Brennan. Prior to joining the firm, Jennifer clerked for the Honorable Nelson C. Johnson in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Jennifer is a member of the state bars of Pennsylvania and New Jersey and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and District of New Jersey. She received her Juris Doctorate from Temple University Beasley School of Law in May of 2011 and earned her B.A. in History from the University of Delaware in 2007. Jennifer handles employee benefits (including the Affordable Care Act), employment law, and labor law matters.
